I purchased a kettle from Takealot delivered to me 08/11 on inspection of the item I did not see the bottom section/heating element in the box, I then logged an exchange and the kettle was collected 09/11, late afternoon I decided I would rather purchase a other kettle and was informed by the agent I then need to log a return, which he did on his side, after numerous follow ups I was informed the kettle I purchased would be returned to me, I have to date not received the kettle, the kettle was delivered but not received by me of which I have proof, I am indirectly being accused of being dishonest after several calls and emails I was informed they managed to track the kettle and its now in my possession, they are investigating this matter for almost a month and clearly not willing to refund me which I have requested several times and nobody can tell me what happened to the item. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Takealot, there staff are *********** and I've requested a call from a manager as well to no avail, Totally disgusted with the service I've been receiving.
