Takealot

Takealot refuses to refund me on a recliner i bought. They delivered it without parts and in poor condition. Three times drivers said they cars are to small to pick up refund after i logged it. Finally it was picked up now Takealot has all excuses and it is almost R7000. I also have credit on my account that they refuse to pay out to me wich is more than R5000. This is *****ing. Unacceptable. Now response from help email survives also we will come back to you never any help.
