Takealot but one by one

We're all prepared to pay a few extra Rand on line to order from Takealot because of their reputation/delivery/exchange policies/support/ etc... But not in this case: On 25 August I bought 5 prepaid water meters. All prepaid water meters are usually the same brand (Msanzi) but tied to a specific vendor very much like you would buy a cellphone from a certain mobile network. Only in this case the vendor/ operator( NATIONAL PREPAID) is not willing to give key change tokens to move to another vendor which is usually possible in return of a moving 'fee' They could have mentioned this online.... Anyway I returned the order and a friendly Takealot courier showed up, to collect 1 water meter. I explained that the order was 5 water meters but courier showed his collection form indicating 1 meter and advised me to lodge a new return. 2 days later Kazi showed up again with a 1 meter collection form. I told him if Takealot continues like this, another 3 trips needed and everything will be collected. Turned out they only needed 2 more. Today, which is 37 days later only 2 water meters have been refunded... It is quit obvious that I don't need 5 prepaid water meters at my own house. I had to buy 5 other prepaid meters elsewhere to swiftly finish the job. This job is now a pro deo project while I'm still waiting on refund... In this case : Takealot but refund little by little.( and making your name g*t in the process)
