Takealot but no refund

Could not believe the arrogance of takealot when returning goods for a refund Took 3week to get a acknowledgment then I should wait another 5-7 days to get notification of refund to be done. My calls were dismiss as there systems the refund was done BUT could not provide proof. Still waiting after 3 calls 6 emails and 4 tweets to get a response
