Takealot but don't return!
I returned a broken vaccum cleaner (Karcher) to Takealot on 8 Feb 2022 and it has been 48 days and it still hasn't arrived. Takealot says they sent it to Fast n Furious and Fastn Furious says they have not record of it. I have tried to speak to a client relationship manager, but noone calls me despite asking multiple times. Their customer "care" centre has cut me off in mid conversation about 10 times. This is not the type of customer service one expects from any company the size of Takealot..

11 Apr 2022, 12:53Finally got thru to takealot and they promised to refund my money, but the same day the vacuum cleaner miraculously arrived, but minus the extension pipe! Takealot your service "sucks" and you don't even have the decency to respond, because you KNOW it does!
