Takealot - Bunker Instant electric heating water faucet and shower.

Bought a Bunker Instant electric heating water faucet and shower form Takealot. The second time I used it there was the smell of burning plastic and water started squirting out of the back of the unit. Obviously the heating element was loose in the casing and burnt a hole through the casing allowing the water to escape. Returned to Takealot - it was rejected as "User damage"!!!!!!. it is impossible to contact any help/complaints line at Takealot and they just ignore your return e mails. Pathetic company with a we are bigger than you and you can just got to hell attitude!
