Takealot bunch of *********** fools

I have placed an order for berlinger haus 4 piece nylon kitchen tool set black black rose. I was informed on the 14th of Jan my order is ready for collection. I opened parcel and they send me the aquamarine set. I informed takealot immediately about their error. 2 days going back and forth I was told to return the set. Waited 48 hours of them to inspect the set. After all the futile exercise I was told the set I ordered is no longer available. I immediately went onto their website and saw the set is still advertised. I took screenshot and forward to them. I was told by Zayd he will deal with their leadership team in returns and let me know about replacement. This all started on the 14th of January where I dealt with Mishka, Rabia, Yolanda, Liziwe and Zayd. It's the 21st and still no feedback.

I just check their website again and set is still available to purchase.
