Takealot bullying Sellers - Horrific service

As a seller, dealing with Takealot they are disgusting. They refused to help when needed, they refused to release our stock, with very unsatisfying reasons, and therefore kept us, hostage, for three months that we could not close our account as a seller. It was so distasteful that we decided that we will rather lose our stock than continue fighting. Now, after we closed our seller account they deduced another R345 monthly fee from our bank account today!!!!!!!! They keep on sending generic emails so I will ask them to stop deducting money from our account with immediate effect here, hoping they get this message since our emails are not understandable. Our account is closed and we will never do business with them again as a seller!!!!!! (Because of this possibly not even as a buyer). I am sorry that I even had to give them one star - they deserve no stars at all!!!!!!
