takealot bully platform?

so after selling for two months and they just said they want invoices to prove source of goods i was selling on their platform ,i sent them and this is what i got

''Based on the documentation provided and the customer return reasons we are of the opinion that the following products listed on your seller account is not of genuine nature.''

i sold a locally produced machine valued at R48999 ,and i was having whatsapp messages from their people asking all sorts of questions ,but i understand they are supposed to use formal means of communication that is emails,hangouts,landline the next day our seller account was suspended and we could not fulfil this sale efforts to seek clarity were unclear

and we wanted to create a removal order for our stock but we couldn't because the system does not allow that when account is in suspension but storage fees still accrue,and the subscription invoice still accrues when you ask no one assists

2 months now i have not been assisted this has traumatized us since some o the stock we got on a weekly account ,and the supplier wants their payment ,and most will cut the consignment arrangement

and they froze my funds for 90 days ,all emails and calls are not responded to as to weather the seller account appeal has been considered or not
