Takealot bull **** emials

I placed order with takelot, first order arrived, and there were iotemn missing, so i emial them and told them about the issue requested a replacment and asked them to check the stuyf properly before despathing it, the replacment order arireved and the same ****** issue!!! Send them variouse emial agagin no reply for weeks,

Firstly the item take 2 weeks o arrive, thne it wrong, sending it back waiting anotehr weekand half for the rpelacement and it still wrong!!

Today i recievd a emial "Good Day Thank you for reaching out to Takealot. Unfortunately, we no longer have stock of this item in order for us to investigate the matter. Once the return has been received at the warehouse, will we credit you the amount paid. Should you prefer a refund instead, please inform us so that we can have the refund processed. Apologies for the inconvenience caused."

Dont giove me this bull ****!! on your site it shows in stock!! its simple just send me the earpieces as per m,y request.
