Takealot bull**** couriers

Always had the best experience with Takealot before. Everything was always either delivered on time or before the estimated delivery date.

I am currently fighting with the couriers about when my stuff will be delivered because I am not receiving any response from Takealot.

I have two orders that need to be delivered. One says delivery will happen on the 1/12/2020 which is in the past thus making it impossible, unless time travel is possible.

My second order says delivery 29/11/2020 again impossible as its in the past.

I need Takealot to ensure that my orders will be delivered before the 03/12/2020 as this was my latest expected delivery date. If by 17:00 tomorrow I have not received my orders I will call my bank and ask that the money I paid be charged back due to items not received. Plus I work for Capitec and I know the rules on chargebacks so I'll have all the money back in my account before the end of the day tomorrow.

This is disgusting client service.
