TAKEALOT BROKE MY TRUST

MRRN-FMGD4-RXD7 - return of defective equipment. Sequence of events: Sun - 30 Apr 2023 at 22h00- equipment failed Tue - 2 May 2023: 12:14: Return requested. 12:14: Return eligibility confirmed 12:14: Return collection scheduled 12:15: ... will be collected before 5:00PM on Wed 3 May. Wed - 3 May 2023: 6:36: ... will be collected before 5:00 PM today. Made arrangement with my boss to work from home to ensure I'm there for the pickup. 18:00: locked the gate. No-one came to collect the broken equipment. Thu - 4 May 2023: 6:32: "... we tried to collect your Takealot return, but couldn't. We'll reschedule." Nice of them to let me know they couldn't make it. I was waiting patiently in the front room with sight on the gate. 6:33: "... has been rescheduled for collection before 5:00PM on 4 May." 6:34: "... return will be collected before 5:00PM today." Phoned the boss and made arrangements to stay home to ensure I'm there for the pickup. 18:00: Locked the gate - no-one came or contacted me. Fri - 5 May 2023: Phoned boss and had to explain why I needed another day at home - expected Takealot to collect teh faulty equipment .... nothing. Sat - 6 May 2023: 06:31: "... we tried to collect your Takealot return but couldn't. We'll reschedule" 10:44: " .. return ... has been rescheduled for collection before 05:00PM on Mon 8 May" Mon - 8 May 2023:

Tue - 9 May 2023: 07:00- Logged on to my account on Takealot to determine what is going on. Only to discover that ...

RETURN CANCELLED AT 18h07!! and then RETURN CONCLUDED!!

How is this possible!!!! I had to explain why I needed to stay home for a week and a day. Nobody contacted me. There is no number one can call to find out what is happening. What now?!
