Takealot breeches POPI act

I ordered a R4000 Galaxy flex Laptop BRAND NEW. When my 11yr old daughter started working on it, it had someone else's log on details; their family pics (thank goodness it was not nudes or ****ography and *** video's) and their personal info on. How on earth does this work. How can I be issued a 2nd hand device. 2nd-ley how can we redistribute a device with someone else's personal details in direct conflict with the POPI act. And then to top it all Elizabeth Madiba have no idea what "I am takealot" means om a Sunday afternoon. #***8
