Takealot breaks my cars rare view mirror

Went to Parow pickup point. Get there leave my friend in the car and proceed to collect. Finish collecting and I proceed to my car. My friend tells me the delivery driver for Takealot standing next to my car, he left his door open and the wind blew it and knocked my rare view mirror broken. I ask him for his details and he refuses. I took pictures from the whole scene and of the delivery vehicle. He took my mirror and tried to put it back together and the more I said its broken he proceeds to come at me. I am appalled by the behavior of a Takealot. Com employee. Takealot must buy me a new rare view mirror. There are cameras at the pickup point so please look at the footage. Frustrating
