Takealot breaking a boys hart

Good day My son ordered his birthday present on the takealot app on the 27 Dec 2019 up and untill the 6.1.19 it was still not delivered, they called him on the 6.1.19 to find out if he still needs what has been order or if he wants to cancell the order, on which he cencelled the order. He is hart broken because all the things he order was the things he need to use his new go-pro camara which he got for Xmas. He is only 11 years old and is turning 12 on the 10 of this month, he asked me so nicley if he can order the s-cape floaty bobber an the s-cape 12 in 1 accessory set for gopro early before his birthday so that when we go on holiday he can use. Takealot has the worst serives and there is no help line nor email address that we can use to get this matter sorted out. You have broken a little boys hart. he has kept the money I gave him all this time not using it at all just to be hart borken by not receivng what was order at all.
