Takealot branch Potchefstroom completely useless and dishonest

Your Potchefstroom branch is useless and by the looks of the way in which they operate they are also dishonest or the staff are dishonest / liers. They also cannot bother answering their phone call when you try and contact them directly. Completely useless and giving the Takealot brand in general a bad name and bad customer experience. You have to contact the main call centre which does not help as they also can't seem to get hold of the Potchefstroom branch or feedback. Maybe it's time they get held accountable for giving the takealot brand a bad name?
