Takealot Brackenfell

I requested a expedite for certain items of an order i placed , after 2 rescheduled deliveries, the Brackenfell branch alleged they tried to deliver. I was home waiting patiently. They did not ring my door bell and my cctv footage shows no attempted delivery. So disappointing.
