Takealot botches up yet again

Deserves negative stars. Last week they delivered a Nubia music with a Nubia neo 2 label. Returned it and stated the reason. Today the package arrives and guess what? They sent the same exact Nubia music with a Nubia neo 2 label. Poor service with *********** staff. Waste of my time and no compensation. Waiting for them to collect again so I can get my refund, wonder how long that will take. Not supporting them ever again.
