Takealot Bluedot sale a farce

I placed an order on Monday 26 November for the Epson L382 ITS printer - R1499.00 on order no # ********** 1 for a COD delivery (which i do often) On attempting to track my order this morning, your system shows the order has been cancelled. Your consultant tells me that the order was cancelled by the customer - which is ME. I know i didnt! I check the item online and its still in stock but at a price of R2299.00. I want to know who cancelled my order because the system doesnot give any details and the person who placed the note on the system is unavailable....how convenient! Takelot has an obligation to fulfill my order as placed initially, if not, provide proof of cancellation. My order number will provide my contact details. I await!
