Takealot Blocked My Account Without Justification

I placed an alcohol order with Takealot and submitted all the required verification documents as requested. Despite fully complying with your process, my account has been unfairly blocked without a clear explanation.

This action is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, as I am now unable to access my account, orders, or make any purchases. Blocking a customer who has adhered to all requirements without proper justification reflects poorly on Takealot’s customer service and accountability.

Takealot cannot assist me and I have a credit that I want to use for an urgent purchase.
