Takealot blaming consumers....

Ordered a gaming chair off Takealot for my sons birthday..

As we opened the box we noticed missing bolts under the chair. The finish touches were bad the bolts were already pushing through the material. The arm was broken and parts missing. It looked like we received someone else's return. We sent it back as it has a 6 month warranty.

Comes back.. DECLINE USER DAMAGE? So not ONLY does takealot give you used items.. they will turn around and blame you. And what a coincidence this chair has been removed of the Takealot site..

10 days later, no chair.. no refund!!
