Takealot blacklisted my phone that I paid for in full.

I bought a cellphone online in 2024. I paid for it in full. It was working fine until recently, when I queried why there were SIM issues with my service provider, they informed me that the issue was my device not SIM and that I need to take it up with takealot as the phone has been blacklisted by them due to bad debt. Shocking experience with automated help desk response and unable to find out why or speak to someone. Dont buy phone from them.
