Takealot Black Friday...big black mistake!

Two weeks after I order from takealot and yet no delivery yet. Every single agent I spoke to or emailed had a different story as to why my pacel is late and why the app shows my parcels as being delivered. The app is designed purely for selling.. doesnt offer any true support for customer. Black Friday shopping on Takealot.......never again!
