Takealot-biggest let down ever

Bought two items and I got given an option for delivery. I specifically chose the delivery date that was after the long weekend as I knew I was going to be away for the long weekend. During the long weekend I get a call that they are standing by the gate with my delivery. I tell the delivery guy that I specifically asked for delivery the following week as I was away. He tells me it is not his fault and tells me he will take it back the warehouse. On Tuesday I see an e-mail from Takealot saying they cancelled the order after repeated delivery attempts. So after trying to deliver ONCE when I told them I won't be home they cancel the order. If I order it again now, I have to pay 1/3 of the price more as the price has suddenly gone up. This is such bad service, it is insane.
