TakeALot BFN depot

This review is for the Bloemfontein depot office in Univesitas. After countless nasty experiences with rude delivery people who did no want to make arrangements for an alternative delivery time at home because I am at work and cannot receive deliveries at work - I finally got assistance from the BFN depot personnel who simply spoke to the drivers for me. Now I can call them in advance when I expect a delivery and ask for a time when I will be home from work. I was ready to give up on TakeALot for the inconvenience it's delivery people were causing me. Thank you so much t the staff of the BFN office for an friendly and effective service. I remain a TakeALot customer because of you!!!
