Takealot BEWARE!

I was satisfied and bought a lot of stuff from Takealot. Nov. 2023 I ordered 2 x Pulse repair chargers (red). I received one (yellow) and one (green) unit. Within a week one of them failed (green) , mid December last year. I returned it under warranty. The charger was sent back to me, rejected an not being the same item as ordered. Since end December up to no I communicated with 3 of their personnel, each time sending photographic proof of the colours received (not red) each time they stop communicating, 3 months now!.. This is a follow-up to your previous request #***4 "Re: Your Takealot.com Retur..." Any news? It is more than a week since the last communication? I cannot understand what this is all about.
