Takealot bending the consumer Law to not loose money, and I have totally lost faith in this company.Amazon please hurry up!

I purchased Etopsa RAM from takealot, after 6 months it started giving trouble so I sent it back, Takealot informed me the supplier has the final say as to what happens with the outcome, Takealot simply stepped back and refused to refund me. The suppluer claimed I sent back the wrong RAM, where I am 100% certain it is rheir RAM and now TAKEALOT is siding with the supplier. I can't wait for Amazon to come to South Africa, I have been such a loyal supporter at TAKEALOT, and they just do whatever they want, whether it is in line with the Law or not. I have no peace if mind purchasing anything from them anymore as after 6 months they simply put their hands in the air, because as long as they don't suffer any damages. I hope Amazon puts them out of Bussiness. Horrible experience, and will from now on rather shop in store and when Amazon launches I will gladly support them, and will also recommend to all my friends to do so. As TAKEALOT is simply getting away with way too much, because they are the biggest e-commerce in South Africa. Well they have just lost a very loyal supporter.
