I was told delivery would be today.

I've not received a sms or nothing. I can still not track my order either.

The app and online tracking is not providing any feedback or updated information.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I paid for my order on the 12th and had the option for delivery for today or tomorrow.

I need my order today or tomorrow.

This is an absolute mess.
