Takealot becoming worse then Chinese online stores.

They have no way of contacting them via email or telephone, hence the BP complaint. I ordered an item which showed 5 - 7 working days for shipping. When payment completed, it shows that shipping will take 12 days, excluding delivery time. I order items from online European sites which takes at most 13 working days for delivery - all admin inclusive. I would like to cancel this order(but not able too) as I saw this same item for R 251 cheaper inn a local hardware store than advertised on Takealot. Also -- seeing from all the complaints on Hello Peter, it is obvious that they do not care about their customers. Not even on reply on anything.
