Takealot becoming deceptive

I am so disgusted with Takealot. I am an avid online shopper. I order regularly from them but this time after paying for my order I got a reply that some items were cancelled and apparently out of stock from supplier. I rep**** to this mail as they are lying as I can currently add the exact same item for a higher price. They just dont want to honour the order as their price was wrong. The reply to my mail was a automated mail that said they will not reply to the mail sent and i have to look on the web page for answers. They use to have good personal customer service but curently they are just dodging any responsibility and customer service.
