I purchased a computer last Thursday but haven’t been able to utilise it due to non receipt of password

I have requested assistance and received 3 tickets for assistance and all I wanted was contact details of the supplier which have been refused

I am DESPERATE and am losing work by the hour never mind that I need to get cronic meds but can’t as I am waiting for them to resolve this
