Takealot

I bought 2 external hard drives the turned out to be faulty I took them to a firm but they could not recover the data...I contacted the manufacturers they took the serial numbers and assured me it was still under warranty and told me to return the drives to Takealot. Takealot refused to help and told me they sold it on behalf of a company named PC Links check your records they are not honorable people just like Takealot...Takealot gave me a phone which no one answers ..Can you please assist Regards Nick Lourens
