TAKEALOT Bad Services/Late deliveries

Takealot order advertised shipping is 5-7 working day Ordered my product 27/08/2024 for my daughters birthday which is on 08/09/2024 product not received on time, Takealot has not call center number take ages to answer email queries, no one ever phones you I wanted to pay extra or even collect delivery at their warehouse but company police gets preference over customer service. They only want to deliver my product 10/09/2024 Takealot please dont advertise shipping times if you do not stick to it!!! Only got told no problem when I said I will cancel the order due to late delivery. Disgussted!!! Bad Service very very BAD service
