Takealot Bad Service - TV

Ordered a TV from Takealot on 27 Nov, confirmed for delivery 10 Dec, received conformation of availability 8 Dec. Collected from Takealot in Cape Town, plugged in and switched on only to find a dead pixel on the screen. Requested replacement and told no stock available and will not be able to supply replacement before next year. Have not had a TV for 2 weeks and cannot wait.
