Takealot Bad service or no service at all

This is getting ridiculous now i need answer's but there is no support continuously asking them where is my return and can the head of team contact me i need n manager or higher to contact me i am going public with this now.... i did explain to them that this is a urgent matter and my work depends on my machinery... Lutholwethu.N is the contact person but still no answer on n return that was collected on 30/11/2022
