Takealot bad service. No service.

I ordered a kitchen cupboard. It was badly damaged when delivered. I returned it. For a month now I am trying to get a refund or a credit. Being sent from pillar to post. No one to phone or to speak to. After numerous emails I am told to return the item to the pickup point. The same item Takealot collected. This is the worst service I have ever received from them.
