Takealot - bad service, no refunds for goods they cancel, useless couriers

Ordered a bunch of Weber braai stuff and a very expensive gas braai. Delivery was delayed for over a month (despite stock supposedly being available when the order was placed). Now their chose couriers (Fast and Furious) have stuffed up delivery three times and when they finally arrived at the agreed day, they are missing the gas braai. Takealot also operate in breach of the Consumer Protection Act, when they take your money for an item and then do not deliver they do no refund you. I had to email them and quote the CPA to them in order to get a refund for items they cancelled. A
