TakeAlot Bad Service

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order with TakeAlot . I placed an order for colour powders on Tuesday 2nd September, with the expectation of delivery on Friday 5th September.

On the delivery date, the tracking information showed that the order had been shipped, but then it was unexpectedly rerouted because it went to the wrong facility. This has caused a major inconvenience as the powders were specifically needed for an event on 6th September. Unfortunately, TakeAlot failure to deliver on time meant that we could not use the items as planned.

To make matters worse, there has been no clear update or indication of when the order will be rescheduled for delivery. This lack of communication and reliability is extremely frustrating, especially since I trusted their timelines.
