TAKEALOT BAD SERVICE

As a first time customer TAKELOT FAILED me. I ordered a TV bracket on the 18th of August which was scheduled to be delivered on the 22rd of August. I was then told my order got lost in transit and another one was shipped which then I had to receive on the 25th of August. It was not delivered yesterday and they didn't give me a any reason why after I took a whole day off at work just so I can receive my package. Now tell me why as a customer should I wait 11 days yet thats not the period of days we given. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted by such poor services. People already don't trust online shopping and this is one of many reasons why. I've been trying to email then and call them but no ones reaching out. I still haven't gotten my package.
