Takealot bad service

Numerous times this year that Takealot takes days to reply on orders not delivered and the syddenly just inform.... ORDER CANCELED... ORDER LOSTBIN TRANSIT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, tjen it takes 7+ days for order paid to get the money back!
