Takealot bad service

I ordered a tv on the 1st June 2020 from takealot, delivery said it would take place 05 June 2020-Friday , on 2nd of June I received a sms that delivery would be before 5pm on the 5th June. Today is the 10th of June still no delivery or any sms or contact from takealot. I am very disappointed and disgusted by their pathetic service as this was a gift for my mom. Communication is key in businesses to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service needed to be provided, informing me what was happening would of been appreciated yet I'm still in the dark.
