Takealot bad service delivery

I’ve ordered from Takalot a few times and never had any issues in the past, but yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery ever.

I ordered a few very important items from them (29/08) and payed for next day delivery. They sent the sms as normal and everything g was fine until the driver called me to say the warehouse messed up and he is not in the correct jurisdiction. He then informed me to get a hold of takealot directly but unfortunately they aren’t as helpful either.

Today my order is saying they are out for delivery once again, but nobody wants to change the address as I am obviously not at the business address on a weekend.

They have become so useless and really dropped the ball on this. I have all the names of the unhelpful team and the truth will come out
