Takealot bad service

Takealot has the worst customer service ever.. I ordered a car cover for my car.. I received it than when I opened it the product was of poor quality it looked and felt like a large plastic bag which will not protect my car from damage ofcourse I than logged a return to have the item collected.. On the day it was scheduled no one pitched when I look again they had rescheduled the date to the following Monday.. Which was OK I than waited the whole on the Monday no on pitched.. It than logged a query to find out when will this item be collected I get a response 2 days later, your query has been sent to the relevant department, I than gave it a few days than I had to logg another query on the same query and yet again I got the same response.. Ita the 18th of Jan today they item was suppose to be collected the 12th.. Ive sent another email yet no one responded, I want my money back..
