Takealot Bad Service

A bad product was delivered. Money was credited back. I ordered the same product same time on Dec 28th, notified that collection will be from the 9th (today). No notice whether my item has arrived or not, so drove 10km to collect anyway today. I arrive, I'm told that the item was returned because I didn't collect, my item arrived on the 29th Dec (a day after buying) , returned on the 7th Jan, no call/sms. No collection notice, no warning (call at least) that my item is being returned. Trying to buy for the same product now for the 3rd time, the product is now out of stock. None of it my fault. No solution, no call, no attempt to resolve, just credited my account. Extremely bad service, revaulting.
