Takealot bad service

I bought the Senior 7 division briefcase satchel bag from takealot for my son to use as a school bag. It states that it has a 6 month warranty and within 3 months the bottom of the bag is worn through and can not be used anymore. I sent it back and they will not refund or replace the bag as customer care said that they can not resell the bag it is to damaged.
