Takealot bad service

I ordered from takealot on 14th January 2020 and paid extra to have it delivered by Friday, it didmt arrive. Tuesday 21st January the driver contacted me saying he couldnt find my address, its an office building and takealot has delivered many times. Upon arrival he asked for cash but the prder was paid already. While i checked on my order to see abput the payment he left. I just received a msg that he will return tom. This is really bad service.
