TAKEALOT = BAD SERVICE
I returned my phone at the beginning of November. It is December, I have not received my phone back. The Takealot Returns agents lie, make up different stories and make excuses to calm you down, but do nothing to fix your problem. I have not had my cellphone for a month and I have been given more than on supplier for me to contact, who I contacted and said they didn't even have a phone that resembled mine. TAKEALOT HAS BAD SERVICE.

03 Dec 2022, 17:44After an attempt to get a hold of the Takealot Warehouse team, that already had my package for a week, Takealot made some more excuses that they did not have my address. The excuses and lies are frustrating. After a FULL DAY Takealot has STILL NOT ARRANGED WHEN THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER HAVING MY ADDRESS FOR A FULL WEEK!!!!
