Takealot BAD service, and refuse warranty & not returning complete product.

I purchased a TP Link 20000mAHr power bank on takelot. The power bank intermittently stop fast charging my phone. It is suppose to fast charge my phone, as per specs and it id work before. I logged a ticket with takelot on 18 feb 2023 ( MRRN-85XOV-VABJ ). They collected and confirmed that they received the unit on 21 Feb 2023. They contacted me, stating that the usb cable is missing. I told them I never received a usb cable ( also no indication on product that it ships with a usb cable ). They refused to accept it, and said I must supply a usb cable. I arranged for a cable for th unit, and they arranged for it to be collected on 27 Feb 2023 ( MRRN-XMOEK-YXXM ). The usb cabel were collected on 27 Feb 2023. The very next day, takealot delivered my original powerbank ( with out a usb cable ) back to me. Now they have my usb cable, and I have a power bank that are giving problems. Takealot closed the ticket, and refused teh warranty claim. No further communication from them, and they don't get back to when I sent them messages to follow up. Takealot just ignores me now, and they have my usb cable, and refuse to replace a faulty power bank, that is still under warranty! Is going for 3 weeks now.
