Takealot bad service and promises

I ordered a gift for my niece who I haven't seen in years. I chose a specific one because of the delivery date of 24th. I checked every single day and at 7am this morning that it was still on track. At 9:45 I get a message saying it's now been changed to the 28th. I start phoning from 10am saying this is for an 11yr old girl who I haven't seen. Now I get told sorry that it arrived after the driver left and there's no other drivers! At the very last minute I get told at 3pm they can't even though I had been phoning since 10am!!!
