Takealot bad service and ***** from you!!!

Ordered a product from takealot and when i received it its was the wrong item, after a battle i the came to collect the return and a week later the replacement was send to me again with the same wrong product!!! Email after email i still havent heard from them!! I really think that they just dont care about their service anymore!! Wrong advertising and really bad communication!! No number to call and emails just get ignored!!! So they just ***** from you and get away with it!!! Think twice before you shop there!!
